Create an irrigation zone

🔐 Prerequisites​

  • Interface: Web only
  • Rights: User_admin / User_client

🎯 Purpose of the feature​

The purpose of the ‘Irrigation zones‘ tab is to match the geographical areas on the map to the valves connected to IrrigEasy.

warning

You can't add a new irrigation zone directly from this tab. Instead, you have to go to the ‘Map‘ tab.

📝 Step by step procedure​

  1. Click on the ‘Map‘ tab in the ‘Configuration‘ section of the left-hand side menu.
  2. Select the water network of your choice using the selector at the top right of your screen.
  3. Click on the ‘Import layer file‘ button on the righ-hand side menu.
  4. Choose the right file on your computer, and click on ‘Continue‘ to import.

IrrigEasy support only KML and KMZ format.
