View the detail of a device

🔐 Prerequisites​

  • Interface: Web only
  • Rights: User_admin / User_client

🎯 Purpose of the feature​

The purpose of the ‘Devices‘ tab is to create and manage all the devices of your water network in IrrigEasy.

📝 Step by step procedure​

  1. Click on the ‘Devices‘ tab in the ‘Configuration‘ section of the left-hand side menu.
  2. Select the water network of your choice using the selector at the top right of your screen.
  3. Click on the device you want to check the details.

What you can find in the details of a device:

‘General‘ All the useful information to identify this device and know it’s current state: name, state, battery level, signal, localisation…

‘Ports‘ What’s actually connected to this device, and the history.

‘Data‘ All the useful information for debug in graphic form, in case there’s a problem.

‘Alerts‘ All the current alerts of this device, and the history.

‘Tickets‘ All the tickets currently open for this device, and the history.
